Port Macquarie is on a Journey of Flavour and invites visitors to come on board to savour all the region has to offer at its annual showcase. This event offers a three week-long schedule centred on the fresh produce, food, beer and wine of the Greater Port Macquarie region and its mid north coast neighbours.

Some of the highlights of this event will be a Six Degrees of Degustation Charity Dinner, The Wauchope Long Lunch, The Slice of Haven Big Brother Brunch and the main event "The 2010 Holiday Coast Credit Union Tastings of the Hastings" which will be held on Sunday, 24 October. A growing band of the region's leading restaurateurs, winemakers, brewers, caterers and fresh produce suppliers will be preparing and selling their specialities. There will be a farmers' market, cooking demonstrations, family entertainment, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a variety of other stalls and displays.
